Does wire tieing wires together in panel(enclosed)generate unneeded(unwanted heat?...
Not the act of tying them together, no. Putting together a tighter bundle to thwart fill ratios in duct, or doing so without thought to de-rating of the conductor ampacity could lead to over heating however.

Over tightening of some types of insulation, especially in Medium Voltage systems, can lead to decreasing the dielectric strength (insulating properties) of the insulation, but not in LV conductors that I'm aware of.

And welcome to the forum!

I wouldn't worry about it because the distance that it's bundled is relatively short. 310.15(A)(2)Exception would most likely allow this.
