Does "dwelling unit" refer to a house that has a pool adjacent to it?

I'm wiring a pool that's 60' away from the home. There's an outdoor subpanel we setup and the pump & convenience receptacles are 22' away from the water's edge.. does this meet code?

- 680(A)(1) talks about min. 10' OR min 6' if it meets conditions (locking plug, GFI, etc.); no description of a maximum distance.. so @ my 22' feet I meet this section. I think.
- but section (2) talks about "dwelling unit pools" and language of a 20' maximum distance. Does dwelling unit pools mean a residential pool vs. a commercial/public pool? or are they referring to pools adjacent to a residence?

The town just refers us to the code..
