200 amp breaker

hello.i am getting ready to move into my upstairs.i have lived in my finished basement for several years and done alot of my own work on my house now it is complete except for a wiring question.i had the wiring all done by an electrician.my house is all electric.200 amp square d box with all 40 circuits full.i will have 2 stoves-2 50 gal water heaters-heat pump-2 dryers and all your other regular items.will a sub panel added for more breakers be too much for a 200 amp service?thanks for any info.its all wired to a breaker except 1 stove, 1 dryer, a dishwasher, a fridge, microwave,and washing machine.
