changing a circuit breaker

I am trying to find the correct circuit breaker. The markings on my bad one says UND LBS INC. Issue KE-849. 120/240V. Its a 15/15, it has 2 on off switches one in front of the other not side beside they say 15 on each, at bottom of label it says square d qot. Where can I find one or is there a newer one I can replace with?
