I am installing a new meter center that has a 600 amp bus and contains 4 separate meters each with 200 amp breakers. The service is single phase, 120/240V. The meter center is being installed in a mobile home community and will serve 4 separate mobile homes.

For incoming service I am planning to use parallel 350kcmil phase conductors.

What size neutral conductor(s) are required or recommended?

The neutral conductor must be either full size or you must calculate the load. A standard rule of thumb for residential is to drop one size since there is plenty of 240 circuits with no neutral loads.

There are only about 3 code books on earth. The pope has one, NPR reporter Soraya Sarhaddi Nelson has one, and...........Ok thats enough, sorry Ive been in a goofy mood today. If you have a code book, you can look up conduit fill in Annex C. Generally dont go with the absolute minimum size unless there is a good reason. If you dont have a code book you really should get one. We would need to know what kind of raceway you will be using to give you an answer.
