Arc fault GFI combo Breakers

There is no such thing as a combination AFCI with GFCI protection. On Siemens/Murray Combo AFCI's there are indicators lights to show what caused the breaker to trip, Arc Fault or Ground Fault. The ground fault protection is in the 30-50ma range and is not Class A (GFCI) protection. You need to add a GFCI device to this circuit.

I feel the same way,,,, for the life of me I can't find any breaker that operates/ labeled in the fashion he described.
