bonding riser RSC/PVC

Probably a old topic, but Im installing a long tall riser that is partialy PVC with a RSC mast.....How do I properly bond the RSC? Never done this before.. Can I just fasten to the mast knob clamp bolt?

Nope somehow during following this thread I got confused I see it in the original post.
Added: I think I was thinking the RSC was in the meter can PVC was connected to WH.... yeah I got lost

What about electrimanscotts bond bushing between riser and WH and wire left to splice to poco grounded?

I have no issue with it, I have done it myself. There is no WH in Scott's example and it is a power company spec around here.

I have only done it at a pole with a steel riser, I have never had a reason to do it at the home.
