I think what the utility is wanting to make sure of, is that the gear is going to be something like the Eaton Pow-R-Line WWCMS switchboard that uses meters that are connected by CTs. The whole arrangement is constructed to EUSERC standards, and is available with a rating up to 200kA. The metered circuits can be over 200A each.
