BTW, 2/0 copper to the 2-200 amp disconnects is not a legal install-- you need 3/0 copper.

I should explain my last post. Table 310.15(B)(6) only applies when the service conductors or feeders carry the entire load of the house. When you have 2 disconnects then each service entrance cable does not serve the entire load simply because each does half-so to speak.
