Unless it is for 240 Volt loads only, where no neutral condcutor is needed, such as a large heat pump scenerio.benaround said:Butler,
A 'sub panel' needs 4 conductors, Type SE cable has 3, unless it is SER
type cable your installation is NOT code compliant.
