Dedicated circuit for Refrigerator code required?

Imo, a water line requiring plumber tools would be fastened in place but might be wrong on that. Kind of like a cord and plug connected DW?
I would differ there, since the refrigerator must in general be moved to access the water line and may be "tethered" to the plumbing system, but is not fastened in place.
An undercounter dishwasher is secured to the cabinet with screws. A portable dishwasher is connected with quick release fittings to the sink fixture.
A range which is cord connected and slid into place to be held only by its own weight should, IMHO, be treated as fastened in place, but I do not see that clearly in the definition.
