Feeding through a trough/gutter

i'm putting a service on a house 600 disconnect outside, wanting to feed 3- 200amp main breaker panels through a trough on other side of the wall. would i be within code to come off the disconnect with 3 sets of 250mcm al and feed each panel with 1 set and no other over current protection?

Yes the tap rules would apply on the load side of the 600 amp OCPD.

thank you, i was just worried i wouldn't be able to split them up and would have to maintain 600amp as a bundle and tap each panel instead of running a set to it.
