...and (6) is not driving the truck when you're having to GFCI protect a disposal, a dishwasher, or a trash compactor. 210.8(A)(7) is, because you can't hardly install a disposal or a dishwasher receptacle and not fall within 6' of the kitchen sink.

If the writers of the commentary did not pick up on the NEC requirement, boy, that sure is embarrassing for them!
