Help needed/ have you ever had this happen?

I have been told from other AHJ and manufacturer that this is what the hole is for--never been called on it nor do I hit it.

It looks like you and/or the lineman may be at fault. One of you guys didn't provide enough wire for the drip loop or the lineman cut too much off making the splices.

Looks to me like the drip loop needs more loop for the drip.. one wire is way too short causing the water to run into the weater head..Thanks Michael

I'm not sure if this has been addressed. . . Why silicone in the weatherhead? I have always filled it with duct seal
