After reading one of their adds from another state it appears that this is just another example of poor communications skills. By trying to run two adds at once the company was not clear on either add ( very confusing ).

From the other add it was clear that the company wished to hire real employees ( wage & benefits ) and also to hire sub contractors that were licensed subs ( thus a 1099). That $15 an hour was for legitimate employees, it's not great but I guess with their benefits package it's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.

I still think this is a good lesson on business management. When you run an add be carefull of wording and make your intentions very clear.

If they had provided a link to their web site it would a cleared everything up and let any prospective employees know just what they were applying for and what to expect.
