Well I can see where you can have two opinions of the same definition based on the circumstances. In his DVD he was specifically talking about a hotel room and dwelling unit def.

In the illustration he's talking about a non-dwelling....and def of kitchen.

IMO,..He is talking about permanent provisions for cooking
