Try not to be too greedy. They will depend on your license but you don't mention having to put up any money in the deal. The owners are putting up the $ and taking the bigger risk. They are giving you an opportunity here too.
As well as figuring out the salary you should ask for, be sure you have control over the job. Other people can supervise and run it as needed, but if you are the sole license holder, you need to have last word on methods, materials, etc. If an inspector finds lots of problem issues, you will be the main one to lose face. Insist on that control and use it wisely.
