Boy I am glad I work for the man....Ive got enough headaches as it is...I do see the attraction of running the show...however when I go home I leave work at work..most of the time.....Maybe Id feel different if I felt I wasnt getting compensated fairly....It does seem somewhat exciting to take on a job from bid proposal to punch list ,,If you make a profit...
Items NOT included:
The actual fixtures were NOT included [xenon, UC, surface strips, sconces, CFs]...rough wiring and mounting IS included.
Recessed cans included: housing, lamp and trim
My numbers are a little different...

This does NOT include ANY allowances for:
Filing permits [time]
Permit fee [money]
Scheduling of inspections [time]
I also noticed you did not include any tele/data or cable/SAT information.
IMHO, not only do these clients want these items - they need them.

It looks like its taking each file and compressing it, the disc is 650 mb

WOW,
i will be providing the xenon UC lights, florecent wraps, and can trim& Bulbs.
The HO is having someone else doing the cable and tele. We normally do.
It's a tiny 4800sq ft shack with a dinky 2400 sqft root cellar:grin:

The download shouldn't Take to long but i am really a noob at this stuff.
I am emailing the .rar file to my other comp first and then i will try the install to see if it works.
