I have (24) 4/c #500 MC cables coming out of this box an (24) 5" RMC conduits entering. Both on oppossing walls. How would I size this HUGE CUSTOM box?lol. 8x5" then add all the other conduits?

So you're splicing in this box? The minimum (between the opposite ends of entry) would be 8*5"=40'. I would opt for a 48" minimum just to make the splicing easier.

Ok thanks . So what about the other dims?
Whatever it takes to get the rack of conduits into the box. What is the outside dimensions of the 24 conduits on the rack? For example (made up numbers) if you're conduits are outside to outside say 60 X 30 make the box slightly larger. End up with 64" L X 34" D X 48" W.

Makes sense and good point about rack width. Racks is about 54".
