Voltage drop to guest house

Thanks everyone. I'll run the numbers at 110A and 80A and see if it makes much difference. The homeowner's pretty savvy. I'll bring him up to speed and let him make the final call.

The AC will still dim the lights at startup in either case, same with other motor starting conditions, otherwise most other voltage drop issues will not be noticed by the user. You can run pretty large conductors and still have lights dim if the supply transformer is a little small and that is where the voltage drop is happening.
