You can't say that, you have no clue.If you're taking the test is May and you do not have the 2011 NEC already, you will not be prepared to pass the exam, buy the 2014 and take the test after September , by that time at least you'll be able to get around the book.

EarlT500, Your best best is to get the 2011 and use it to study for and take the test. I have no doubt that you will do just fine if you study hard.
