And......don't forget 110.3(B) requires all listed items to be installed according to the instructions.

UL says: "conduit bodies not provided with a volume marking are not intended to enclose splices, taps or devices."

Nah...:smile:... but I think Don_Resqcapt19 and the others have made their point with me.

I will undoubtedly use moguls, troughs, or boxes from now on for more than 3 wires over #6AWG... I guess it's kinda goofy not to, really

... but I would still like someone to 'splain the meaning of 314.28(A)(3).

Is it code to put 2 se 2/0 cables in a 3" conduit and LB (PVC) from the meter (320 amp service residental) to 2 200 amp panels. The conduit stops after entering the basement, and the the cables are then routed to the power panels.

Do you meet the minimum bending radius of 338.24?
