We couldn't find anything in the parameters menu that would allow you to change the ramp up time.
The delay is just how long the pump is delayed on or off after the motors

Looks like those empty pipes in the meter cabinet where there for a reason.
Poco wire is undersize although they do deny it

You already have the answers to your problem there!
When you tweaked the current limit to a higher setting, the motor ramped up more quickly--> starting time lessened. The downside is that you get a bigger voltage dip.

You just have to choose the better setting for the existing setup: 1) better voltage dip but a longer motor run up or 2) worse voltage dip for a short starting time.
