have a pole barn with a sub panel. have installed 2 grounding rods 8 feet apart. question, i have been given the advice that when i am connecting the ground rods to panel i should make it a continuous loop from the ground bar to each rod then back to a second location on the same ground bar. other advice is 2 rods is recommended but should wire them in series to ground bar in panel. both people are saying that the you do not want a difference in potential but which way is correct. thank you for answers.
