Trying hard

I need to install a disconnect for my septic system. The system has two circuits, a 120 volt 10 amp for the control panel and a 240 volt 20 amp for the pump ( both running through the control panel). Can I run both circuits through a three phase disconnect switch, (the two legs of the 240 volt pump and the hot jeg of the 120 volt panel)?

If not, would rifle switches (like a light switch) pass muster?
