Do the secondary conductors of a 75 va, 208 volt primary,24 volt secondary control transformer need to be installed in a raceway?

Why not? Is this control circuit from a class 2 transformer?

The transformer described would normally be listed as a class 2 transformer, but of course there will always be exceptions.

Got it. I didn't realize that it was a given that it was a class 2.
