SEU in pipe

Is it a code violation to install SEU in 2" rigid pipe for a service riser. Are do the conductors need to be seperate.??

SEU can be installed in a raceway. It can't be installed in a raceway underground though, take a look at 338.12(A)(2) (2008 NEC)

You can install seu in a riser but since this is a complete raceway you would have to check your conduit fill. It probably is not an issue but you should be aware of it.
