Who took the safe out of "Safety Switch"?

The SO you see is the load side to the equipment. Be very careful changing these fuses. Any other code violations here?

That means the handle does not turn power off to the fuses.

Not to mention two of the three fuses are installed incorrectly.

Also, there's a unclosed KO in the bottom right.

I don't know of any fused disconnects that are rated for bottom feed.

The SO cord is passing through a KO with no fitting.

Looks like the ground wire is connected to the neutral bar instead of a ground lug.

Not sure if those lugs are rated for multiple conductors.

No pride of workmanship exhibited...
 
What is the off color to Brass fitting next to actual disconnect, is that the
thermal loads/ disconnect, thats hot by the way!

I don't know is that just the mechanical door, I'll assume not, as it has a throw blade...

Looks like the SJO cord is connected to the phase conductors no ground, no neutral?
 
Sometimes its just another trade, most times it shows no respect for the application be it on a monday or a friday afternoon, Who know's...

But just Sad just the same!
