they talk about it see800.133a2 ex.1 makes me feel that i would be in compliance with nec

800 has nothing to do with cable TV or 'electric'.

820.133 gets as close as you will find but that has to do with coax cables separation from electric conductors not electric cables.

In other words NM and coax can run in the same holes, not a great idea bit allowed.

NM Cable or Romex, is a chapter 3 wiring method. Rigid conduit is a chapter 3 wiring method. If you accept that you can run RG-6 thru the same hole as rigid, then whats the difference with NM cable?
The telecom folks, BISCI, do not recommend it, as it can cause interference. But the NEC does not care if you TV does not work....
And the code article for coax is 820.
