Well, that is frustrating. It must have something to do with the IAEI server. I can't upload it directly from my harddrive as the file is too big for this website. I'll contact UL to get it posted on their website ASAP.

The issue with the password, is simply the need to be logged into the site.

Once, I registered, downloading was not a problem.
