Sorry Ken, there is an emergency ballast on the other end of the fixture. The V/hz gave me a chuckle, thus my point.
As long as you look like Ben Franklin and the back of the picture is Independence Hall in green, works for me.

The ballast had the correct label = intelligent
The can had the wrong label = dummy
