How many members of the CMP's actually work in the field? Seems if they

had experienced hands like Iwire, Roger,Larry Fine etc that maybe common

sense would prevail. Then the CMP might provide a clear answer to the meaning of "and" or "or", or when to use one or ther other.

There are reps from the IEC, the IBEW and NECA on most if not all of the CMPs. These people should have some field experience.
It is costly to be on a panel and there is no reimbursement from the NFPA, so you really need some organization to sponsor you and pay your costs.
