Pump Control Box

This has to be the worst pump box installation i've come across yet, seriously, how lazy do you have to be? Just so everyone is clear, that new pump box is just sitting in the old housing!

I wonder how customers even let installers get away with that? You don't have to be an electrician to tell he rigged that in there....
