where in the 2008 nec states that 3 phase multi-wire branch circuits sharing same neutral have to be tie barred together?
i know about 210.4 b but doesnt it refer to being terminated on same yoke or equiptmentTake a look at 210.4(B).

where in the nec does it state that 1-pole circuits in a 3phases system 120/208 volt sharing the same neutral need to be tied together other than
terminatating at the same yoke or equiptment?

Disconnecting Means. Each multiwire branch circuit
shall be provided with a means that will simultaneously
disconnect all ungrounded conductors at the point where
the branch circuit originates.
Informational Note: See 240.15(B) for information on the
use of single-pole circuit breakers as the disconnecting
means.
(C) Line-to-Neutral Loads. Multiwire branch circuits
shall supply only line-to-neutral loads.
Exception No. 1: A multiwire branch circuit that supplies
only one utilization equipment.
Exception No. 2: Where all ungrounded conductors of the
multiwire branch circuit are opened simultaneously by the
branch-circuit overcurrent device.
Informational Note: See 300.13(B) for continuity of
grounded conductor on multiwire circuits.

im seeing whats up here now the 2005 nec 210.4b has wording of same yoke or device of multiwire branch circuits being tie barred together which is electrical 101 but 2008 nec has left out same yoke, device or equiptment and thus being interpeted as all multi wire branch circuits sharing same neutral to be tie barred together
its not just for 3 phase residential as well
Yes it's all MWBC's including 1? MWBC's from a 3? system.
OK enough with the sillyness. Important stuff now. How did you make the phase sign?
Thanks guys, you can teach an old dog new tricks.:dunce:
