would this work for the installation from what i can tell some of the conduit is over sized but i think that was intentional
The supply wires will be about 400 feet long

Any of your conductors sized at 90? C are not code compliant since almost all terminations are only rated for 75? C.

Assuming the 480V supply is from a 200A OCPD, the feeder sizes appear compliant (assuming the tap lengths are OK.)

The transformer secondary conductors should be 4 conductors, not 3, and the #6 green should be #4 per 250.30(2) and 250.66.

Also the #6 EGC in the transformer primary feeder needs to be increased in size since the ungrounded conductors have been increased from a 150 amp-#1/0 to a 175 amp-#2/0.

Do the panels have mains ?
You might want to address the transformer GEC. (250.30)

somewhat a mute point since the wire sizes are correct, but I would show the 75? rating rather than the 90? since that is what you are using and, yes, I would add the GEC to the electrode (and perhaps the bond jumper) rather than have one say "we wired it just like you showed"
