Oil Well head a Classified area?

On an existing oil well head, they are replacing the existing pump jack with a new, in the hole DC pump. The pump sits at 5,200', don't ask me how this works.. but the question for today, is the area at the well head a classified location, and thus require the appropriate wiring methods

Unless someone is using a light fraction such as kerosene as a diluant to lower the viscosity of the pumped crude, I wouldn't think the well head is a classified area, unless you are getting natural gas out of the well. You pretty much need a blow torch to get that stuff to burn.
