Labeling a GFCI protected receptacle

There is no NEC reference other than 110.3(B). Now if these are receptacles with no ground as replacements then 406.4(D)(2) would apply

I know that P&S gfci receptacles do not require the label but I have had an area around here that requires it. It is a "do it our way or you fail." BS
