Somewhere I have a picture of a stop light pole that was duct taped to another pole. It stayed that way for several months before they got around to fixing it right.

Also found several breakers on the larger panel with snapped off handles. Hopefully those never trip....

Aside from the obvious, the installer found new uses for conduit straps.

Yep. My guess is the house was resided, and the siders cut the screws off behind it as well as removed any straps and never replaced them.
