I have an application where I need to hook up a 30A relay. The product in the attached pic was suggested, and we purchased it.
Problem is, I'm baffled by the terminal connectors on this thing. Does anyone know what type of connectors we're supposed to attach to these terminals? The thing came with no instructions.

Need to connect 8awg stranded to the power terminals. The relay coil can be 14awg.

Are these screws removable? If so you could probably install a small terminal.

That seems like a worthy suggestion for the power terminals. Thanks.

The relay coil terminals don't have screws though.
look at torque instructions for the power terminals - it isn't intended to land 8 AWG conductors on it.

You running 8 AWG to the coil also?

Using lug as mentioned can probably work or reduce conductor somehow before terminating - besides trimming a few strands.

Ring and fork terminals are out there for 8 AWG, not as readily available as for smaller conductors but are out there.

If you look up the data sheet for that part number, it says:

Terminals: Binding head screw and quick connect terminals (side by side)

Cheers, Wayne

I was thinking there'd be some type of connector that attached to all four prongs of those 'quick connect' terminals, (or both of them on the relay terminal). Wrong assumption? I can put a single spade connector on any one of those prongs?

No, they are designed for individual connection. Normally if you have multiple contactors with a single control, the two spades on the coil make it easy to loop in and out with the control voltage.

Why not just get a fork or ring terminal for 8 gauge wire?

or this
