Stevv, I just tell customers "it's adopted code" and they have to do it, I don't waste their time or mine going into some long winded explanation, not that I have anything against you doing so.
With that said, until you get those inspectors, code guru's , HI's , state bureaucrats & legislators to come around to your side you do mark these up don't you?
Roger
1st off, i believe in an informed customer, much as i believed an informed patient made out best in my ems career Roger
I'll take the time, have taken the time, and will continue to do so, thx
2nd , i've spent the last 2 decades on this issue. It's not complex.....If you really think that I , as an EC are somehow collusive in what is an '
eyes wide shut' fraud for my markup of crappy materials , then you'll also have to condemn the entire contractual community for it's race to the bottom with all the bogus goods that are allowed to be marketed here
seriously, if the NRTL's and the CSPC actually did their job(s) , vs licking China's (
et all globalized crapola) boots, there would be no need for a tariff war.
3rd, it's a
'we', it's international, it's loose , but it's survived 2 decades ,and it's done very well as a grass roots entity. No, you'll not hear about all the corporate espionage , the many class action suits stifled before the courtroom door , or how the investors themselves have parlayed position and prominence into a doctrine so utterly subjugated by them all formal rebuttal is stifled
Nor do you know of the
international patent war , because it will
never grace the trade rags , over the
concept of what the big players would dearly love to
trade in their billion $$ afci industry to assume
