Soow cable question

I am installing a LED mirror that has a 6 foot long Soow cord through the back of it. is it legal to fish this wire up a cinder block wall and tie it into a junction box in a drop ceiling? Thanks

It is UL listed. Not much in the instructions more about supporting it. I would like to put a box behind the mirror but it's cinder block with finished laminated with drywall. Location is in a bathroom

Can't be a permnent installation. You can have a plug on the end and plug it into a receptacle though. 400.7 and 400.8, but tie it into a j-box, no.

No. How big is the mirror? Best you are going to do is channel out the wall, install a receptacle behind it.

But that receptacle can't be up in the hung ceiling.

I thought receptacles are ok in drop ceiling,it's the cord is not listed.
