Copper to Aluminum transition

I think the easiest/cheapest would be a JB with a power distribution block rated AL/CU. Thats assuming you don't need another disconnect. If you need a disconnect just get one that is rated for AL/CU conductors.
 

Here is a block rated for 85 amps, 3 pole, $10.75
PDB, 85A, 3-pole, 1 hole (in) #4-14, 1 hole (out) #4-14


I keep a few various sizes and configuration of these on the van . The nice thing is they accept a large range of wire sizes and are quick to mount and wire up to. They are AL/CU. You can also buy the covers for them if you need. I don't find it necessary in a JB that only has this one block.

Comes up just a skosh short for a 600A service though...
 
If transition point is at location where you would need a disconnect for other reasons then just run copper in and aluminum out.

If not needed, impractical or would be significant enough cost to run the copper to where it would be needed then just use a junction box containing appropriate (there can be many options here) splicing components.
