Two buildings

I have two buildings Bldg A and Bldg B 15 feet apart. The buildings are connected between thru fence wooden no roof.

One service disconnect on side of Bldg A inside fence area is provided which feed trough still right next to service disco. The trough feeds two disconnects on side of bldg A one serves bldg A to Panel A inside bldg A and another disconnect bldg B to Panel B inside bldg B.

I am wondering if these would be considered two separate buildings and 250.32 would apply or one building and no 250.32?

So....out of curiosity, why would you think they would be one building? If you have two milkshakes sitting on the table, would you call them one milkshake? I mean I get not being able to resist drinking both milkshakes and desperate making some argument when your friend comes by that it was just one milkshake....

If two buildings are connected by roof or something over head but no side walls then would be call one building but in this it’s connected by wooden fences no roof. No?
