Screw Type Lugs

Hi Guys,
With screw type power lugs in a quick connect panel, can one land two wires on a lug? We're talking #2 to 600 MCM size lugs.
Is it practical? I'm thinking one wire lug on each side of the stud, although I'm not sure both sides of the lug are available for landing wires.

I think so, just in my case, I've got two connections points. Based on the provided snapshot, I can fit (2) wires per lug.

each hole can handle at least one wire. some mechanical lugs (what you seem to be calling a screw type lug) are listed for more than one wire per hole.
