Have any of you ever had a problem with a 2 pole gfci breaker feeding a MWBC

I have a two pole gfci breaker feeding a MWBC 12/3 tripping when I plug almost anything in I'm thinking because it's only seeing the one neutral current

I was thinking to put a jumper across the neutral connection have any of you guys seen this before

You most likely have a parallel neutral path.
Un-land the 12/3 from the breaker and test ohms from the white to the neutral bar.
I have had that happen before, easy mistake somone ties all the neutrals together in a j box.

Sorry mis understood you. I did that already I took everything apart neutral is good not grounded , when I out both ungrounded conductors together on one side of the breaker it works perfectly

Now thats interesting, tell us more about the circuit, what is it serving?

If you unland one of the hots, say the red, power on the white-black receptacle with a load do you read any voltage on the red?

I haven't tried that yet I will trouble shoot further next time I go back and update

Its not a phase to phase fault or the breaker would not even power on.
Thats a good mystery.
My guess is a loose neutral connection or mis-wired receptacle.
