Remote meter and main disconnect 80 feet from house customer doesn't want meter on the house. 400 amps there. They are splitting 200 amps to one end of the house and 200 amps going to the other end of the house opposite sides they will be feeders. The panels will need to be main breaker. As you pull into the drive you drive by the remote metering its very visible. Is this application acceptable to meet code? Can they label both panels in the home that mentions disconnect 1of 2 and 2 of 2.

Of course the separate structure will have rods but does each panel at the house really need 2 rods as in 4 rods at the house.
 
You can't have more than one feeder to a building. See 225.30. That said, there are some jurisdictions that will allow this if the the disconnects at the building are grouped per 225.34. See what your AHJ says before proceeding.
