(3) Bathroom Branch Circuits. In addition to the number of branch circuits required by other parts of this section, at least one 120-volt, 20-ampere branch circuit shall be provided to supply the bathroom(s) receptacle outlet(s). Such circuits shall have no other outlets.

No I have dwelling unit bathroom receptacle which is also wired to sprinkler room receptacle outside bathroom

I then have same bathroom different circuit Not with receptacle that has bathroom lights and lights to living room lights outside bathroom

I was wondering if dedicated branch circuit is required for bathroom receptacle or not and same with lights?

(1) Small-Appliance Branch Circuits. In addition to the number of branch circuits required by other parts of this section, two or more 20-ampere small-appliance branch circuits shall be provided for all receptacle outlets specified by 210.52(B).
(2) Laundry Branch Circuits. In addition to the number of branch circuits required by other parts of this section, at least one additional 20-ampere branch circuit shall be provided to supply the laundry receptacle outlet(s) required by 210.52(F). This circuit shall have no other outlets.
(3) Bathroom Branch Circuits. In addition to the number of branch circuits required by other parts of this section, at least one 120-volt, 20-ampere branch circuit shall be provided to supply the bathroom(s) receptacle outlet(s). Such circuits shall have no other outlets.

Exception: The small-appliance branch circuits, laundry branch circuits, and bathroom branch circuits required in a dwelling unit(s) by 210.11(C)(1), (C)(2), and (C)(3) shall supply only the receptacle outlets specified in that section.
(1) Cord-and-Plug-Connected Equipment Not Fastened in Place. The rating of any one cord-and-plug-connected utiliza‐ tion equipment not fastened in place shall not exceed 80 percent of the branch-circuit ampere rating.
(2) Utilization Equipment Fastened in Place. The total rating of utilization equipment fastened in place, other than lumin‐ aires, shall not exceed 50 percent of the branch-circuit ampere rating where lighting units, cord-and-plug-connected utilization equipment not fastened in place, or both, are also supplied.
 
You can have everything in a single bath on the bath circuit, including lights, but that circuit can then not leave that room
You can have all the receptacles in a bath, along with receptacles in other Baths, on the circuit, but no other outlets can be on the circuit
 
Right now I have circuit #2 which go to bathroom receptacle and sprinkler room receptacle.

I have circuit #3 which go to living lights and bath room lights.

So I change leave circuit #2 to bathroom receptacle only. Can I still leave circuit #3 go to living room lights and bathroom lights? Or I must change that?

I dont understand that exception. Thats about receptacle not lights???? I am speaking of lights. I am going to have circuit that would be supplied only to bathroom for receptacle as stated in exception but not lights circuit which is shared with another light circuit for living rooms

#3 is fine
