What is the spacing requirement for outlet placement in a wet bar. Is it every 4' like a kitchen?

2nd question: A kitchen is defined by having cooking equipment. Is a microwave considered cooking equipment which would make me have to have 2 small appliance branch circuits?

There is no requirement for receptacles in a wet bar. IMO the kitchen definition from Article 100 would not include a portable microwave.

And not all on the same circuit if you are going to use that space to put crock pots, roasters, air fryers, etc. during parties.

If it makes a difference this microwave is fixed in place
In that case it fits the NEC definition of a kitchen although IMO it shouldn't but the definition is terrible. If I have a bar sink and a micowave can I list my house as having two kitchens when I sell it?
