Have a job coming up where I need to install approx. 100' of feeders for a ,400a panel, given the price of copper right now I'm probably going to use aluminum, the run will be done via existing aluminum conduit. Any issues with running aluminum feeders in aluminum conduit?

No issue with aluminum feeders in aluminum conduit. The wire insulation separates it from the conduit.

The only possible issues I can think of are:
1. Conduit fill with the larger Al conductors. Compact stranded helps there, and
2. Need for Al rated terminations which is typically not a problem with panels.

As Busman said, if you are pulling standard conductors, 3" is too small. You are allowed (4) 700mcm in 3" if you use Compact Conductors.

I was using Table C8 and C8a - did I miss something? It looks like three conductors for either. Is this aluminum not rigid conduit?
