MC cable ok outside in open attic ?

My store customer has a drive through framed roof, wood trusses exposed 13 ‘ high. Trusses are 2’ apart with closed in gable sides, it should be dry.
or is liquid tight or conduit needed? Thank you
 
If by exposed you mean in an attic space / plenum space / above a drop ceiling then yes, you can use MC cable. Secure it so it’s not touching the ceiling.

I'd say your are safe. Like Cybatrex said... just secure it.
 
Your description sounds like the Code's "damp location". MC is approved.
(If you are installing fixtures be sure they are rated for damp location)
 
I started a thread a little while ago asking a similar question. There was a lot of discussion about the cable being damp rated but the connectors are usually dry rated.

Just looking at this I'm not seeing anything about the connectors you show being damp or dry or anything rated, so I don't know where you are getting this from. As long as it's listed for the cable you are using it with you are good to go.
